Your Flowesce subscription bills anywhere, in USD, SGD, or MYR. Collecting cards from your own clients (deposits, the retail storefront, membership auto-charge) runs on Stripe and is available to Singapore salons today. In other regions that is not self-serve yet, so you record payments taken in person while we open more corridors. How card payments work by region.

Can I switch between Solo and Growth later?
Yes, in either direction, whenever you like. If you started on a founding rate, the founding discount carries across, so a founding Solo who upgrades pays the founding Growth rate, not the standard one.
How does the founding rate work?
The first 100 salons to subscribe lock in a lower rate for as long as they stay subscribed. There is no deadline; the cap is the limit. Annual billing saves about 17% on top, in every currency.
Which currency will I be charged in?
We set it from your country: Singapore to SGD, Malaysia to MYR, otherwise USD. If we guess wrong, you can change your country at signup, and it locks at your first payment.
Are there any per-booking or per-staff fees?
No. The price you see is the price. We do not take a cut of the bookings you bring in and we do not charge per stylist, however busy you get.
