Roadmap

What we're building

We ship every week. Priorities shift based on what our customers tell us. No dates, no “coming soon” badges. If it's not here yet, we're probably already thinking about it.

Building now

Active this sprint.

  • Stripe Subscriptions + plan gating

Card on file at trial-end, monthly recurring, hosted billing portal for plan changes.

  • Onboarding wizard

Guided 5-step flow for new salons: timezone, first branch, first staff, first service, try the booking link.

  • Brand polish on the public booking page

Custom logo upload, hero color picker, mobile-first redesign of the wizard.

Next up

Designed and queued.

  • In-store credit primitive

Dollar balance on a client's account. Foundation for gift cards, refund-to-credit, and service-recovery comps.

  • Promotions

Auto-apply (“10% off haircuts for June”) + code-gated (“SUMMER10”), with strikethrough display on the booking page.

  • Unified waitlist

Online waitlist + in-person walk-in queue in one place. Notify the client when a slot opens, claim window, no auto-charges.

  • Booking policies

Cancel + reschedule + no-show rules with preset configs (Flexible / Fair / Moderate / Firm).

  • Recurring expenses

Set a monthly rent line once. Auto-post every month with optional annual escalators.

  • CSV export everywhere

Per Reports tab, per list page: Clients, Services, Inventory, Expenses, Sales.

  • Per-business email sender domain

Wired across every email flow so confirmation emails come from your own domain.

  • Payroll export

Hand-off CSV for Gusto, Talenox, and the rest. We do data prep; you keep your existing payroll.

  • Forms Tier 1

Intake forms (allergies, consent, signature). Unlocks the aesthetician segment.

Considering

Earlier-stage thinking. We'd love to talk if any of these is a 'yes please.'

  • Memberships

Recurring subscription tier (“monthly facial club”). Auto-charge, package on file, rollover policies.

  • Online gift card sales

Buy a gift card for someone else from your public booking page, no account required.

  • Two-way Google Calendar sync

Push + pull, with conflict detection.

  • SMS / WhatsApp reminders

Today's reminders are email-only. SMS is a multi-week project (carrier registration, opt-in language, regional rules).

  • Marketing automations

Trigger × action editor. “When a client books a Hydrafacial, email the prep guide.”

  • Client portal

Login for the client side: book, reschedule, see package balance, redownload receipts.

  • Per-service per-staff pricing overrides

“Sienna charges $90, Mateo charges $75.” Today price is per-service only.

Not on the list

A few things we've explicitly decided NOT to build, so you can plan accordingly:

  • A general ledger. We're not becoming QuickBooks. We're becoming the booking + operations layer that means you only open QuickBooks twice a year, not weekly.
  • Bank reconciliation / bank feeds. Same reason. We pair with accounting tools instead.
  • Our own payroll engine. Massive regulatory surface per jurisdiction. We export to your payroll provider instead.
  • Two-way QuickBooks Online sync. Too brittle. CSV export and receipt PDFs cover the use case for most salons.
